JOB DESCRIPTION
The Market Manager is responsible for the operations of mobile units within assigned centralized market. The position is responsible for establishing a culture of safety, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience for the boss, delivering on program objectives, managing the team, and other general management duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a market-wide culture of safety, ensuring compliance to safety procedures, SOPs, and company processes
- Promotes a customer-centric vision and delivers best in class experience
- Deliver Results
- Responsible for delivering P&L results for market
- Responsible for achieving KPI targets for market performance
- Drive achievement of strategic objectives throughout the market
- Ensures execution on all teammate initiatives in assigned market, including training, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, etc.
- Oversees local community efforts to drive sales through unit growth, service growth, and overall market share increases.
- Team Management
- Ensure teammates understand and adhere to all Firestone Direct standard operating procedures
- Maintains active presence with Mobile Operators and manage performance
- Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and developing teammates for career growth
- Responsible for hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports
- Manages payroll, productivity and staffing to ensure ability to meet market demand
- Resolves any compliance related issues for market as well as the escalation of conflicts/problems not resolved by Mobile Specialists
