AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Environmental Science Intern for employment in the Piscataway, New Jersey office.

This position is expected to begin in May/June 2021.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in preparing calculations, drawings, specifications, and visual aids.
  • Collect and enter data, and apply technical principles and theories to assist in interpreting and analyzing data.
  • Compare investigation findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations to assess compliance, draft reports documenting results and presenting findings.
  • Assist with various remediation projects in the field and office.
  • Miscellaneous assignments on an as-needed basis.

Minimum Requirements
  • Currently in pursuit of Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Geology/Environmental Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications
  • Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software
  • OSHA HAZWOPER 40 Hour training
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
