Civil/Survey Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate projects and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls from potential clients and current clients. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors, clients, and municipalities. They should have a good understanding of Town/City/State regulations. A professional license is preferred, but not require if the candidate has the experience required.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and organize field crew.
  • Oversee projects and time management.
  • Deal with Clients, Towns, and State.
  • Coordinate day-to-day inbound and outbound projects.
  • Supervise Civil/Survey drafters.
Qualifications
  • Experience with AutoCAD drafting, Microsoft Office suite.
  • Project Management from start to finish.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor.

This position includes project management in subdivision, boundary and as built surveys. AutoCad experience is required. The position also involves the coordination of projects and submissions with office personnel, clients, municipalities and the State.
