The Conservancy preserves undeveloped land as open space for historical, educational, ecological, recreational and scenic purposes. Since its founding in 1988, the Conservancy has successfully preserved 1,600 acres of open space on the Palos Verdes Peninsula with over 40 miles of trails.
Volunteers will help close unauthorized spur trails to protect important wildlife habitat. This event happens every Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM. Please come prepared to work outdoors with sturdy closed-toed shoes, long pants, sun protection, a snack and water. To sign up please sign up at: www.pvplc.volunteerhub.com
